Fire Tested Valves

There is a requirement by many oil, gas, refinery and petrochemical companies for soft seated check valves to be approved and certified fire safe for use in hydrocarbon service applications. The Goodwin Dual Plate Check Valve range with soft seats is approved and certified fire safe for all sizes in pressure classes ANSI 150# to ANSI 900#. The valves tested met the performance requirements stated in the following standards:

API6FA 2nd Edition 15th February 1994 Specification for Firetest for Valves

API 6FD 1st Edition15th February 1995 Specification for Fire Test for Check Valves
